Hilltop Estates is a newer built Skilled Nursing Facility located in the northeast corner of Gothenburg.  It is a 64 bed facility, designed for comfort and convenience.  Our residents enjoy spacious, clean rooms, a well equipped and newly remodeled activity room, a beautiful, sunny dining room and a friendly, home-like atmosphere.

* Meals-on-Wheels are prepared and delivered by our dietary department in the evenings and on    

  weekends and holidays.

 

* Hospice services are offered through AseraCare and Central Plains Home Health and Hospice

 

* Hilltop Beauty Salon is available to the community as well as to our residents

 

* Transportation for residents for local and out of town transfers

 

* Therapy Services, inpatient and outpatient, are available to build your independence in the    

   facility, or to rehabilitate you for your dismissal home
