Hilltop Estates is a newer built Skilled Nursing Facility located in the northeast corner of Gothenburg.  It is a 64-bed facility, designed for comfort and convenience.  Our residents enjoy spacious, clean rooms; a well equipped and newly remodeled activity room, a beautiful, sunny dining room and a friendly, home-like atmosphere. 

• Certified Medicare/Medicaid/Private Beds.
• Home-delivered meals are prepared and delivered by our dietary department in the evenings and on weekends and holidays.
• Hospice services are offered through AseraCare and Central Plains Home Health and Hospice.
• Hilltop Beauty Salon is available to the community as well as to our residents.
• Transportation for residents for local and out of town transfers.
• Therapy Services, inpatient and outpatient, are available to build your independence in the facility, or to rehabilitate you for your dismissal home.
